Good day , this company does not know what is going on in there own buisness

1.Sign up debit date the was selected (25th of each month) 2.December 2 payments made of full installments 3.December 27th debit was paid through there paystack link for January 4.January 27th payment was made for Febuary Yet i keep recieving threatning emails of collection of items after numoures pleading emails and whatsap messages I need to send proof week in week out surely that is not my job as a client Nee to send them there own statement which clearly states due date 8th of March 2024 Reason this is frustrating is the fact been in hospital most of december and january this just keeps adding to stress and its afecting me mentally (if i was behind in payment you have the rite to go on like that not when im a loyal customer )
