Don’t even order from them at all!! the worst customer service ever

As a matter of fact, I shouldn’t even be rating it one star because this is too high for them, firstly I ordered a iPhone on 27 January 2025 however, they haven’t delivered the phone. There’s lack of communication from the staff itself until they don’t even wanna return my money I’ve asked for a refund for close to four or five days. They still haven’t returned my money. I do not know why or why they’re holding my money hostage or at least why they’re not providing a phone when they have promised me a phone so I’m highly ****ed at them so this is my last result for them to actually respond and give me my money now… close to a month without getting a service that you ordered from them. I don’t even know why are they still allowed to operate?
