Do Not Use This Bad Company!!!

I am on the verge of reporting this company to the Ombudsman, this is my last attempt in resolving this issue before I do so, how many times am I going to go through this with you guys, I returned your device and yet every single month I still get payment notifications and have to go through the issue with your staff whom on numerous times have confirmed that you received your device and have updated your records yet still I get further payment emails from you, I do not have any device with you guys, you have told me numerous times that this has been removed and fixed, what is the problem with this company really, I closed everything because of this very reason, poor customer support, please close my account and update your records, review all the correspondence I have had with your staff!!
