DO NOT USE RENTOZA - Pathetic Customer Service

If I could give no stars I would! My husband ordered a device on Monday, to DATE he cannot verify his bank account on their system, they have come back to say after almost a week of them sitting with R1230 of our money, to say the issue is with his bank and they must we must sort it out, what sort of establishment puts the ownness on the customer to sort out a TECH issue that is on their platform. This is SHOCKING service. WOWOW! I urge you to not use them.
