DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE, YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT BACK!!

Rentoza has to be the worst service provider i have ever come across. I have been waiting since the 16th of February for a refund, i have emailed over 30 times, logged numerous tickets on their platform and the only thing they tell you is your query has been escalated. They state that refunds take 6-12 working days, this is now the 25th working day and they still have no feedback or answers for me. Even the whatsapp number is useless, they will reply after 2 days telling the same thing that your query has been escalated. If you want to get extremely frustrated , use Rentoza. The lack of urgency this company has is ridiculous!! And they hide behind the fact that you cannot contact them, you can log tickets and send email and whatsapp and they will reply when it suits them with no solution to the problem at hand! DO NOT USE THEM!!
