Its already been over a month and i have not received any indication as to what is happening regarding allocating my payments for January and February towards my buyout fee?

numerously contacted Rentoza to get clarification regarding when my contract ends and when i can pay the Buyout fee, i spoke to many people and had different scenarios for each, one stated it was 18 months, and it wasnt, as I looked at my contract and saw it was over 12 months.

that is R1220 that is due to me, i expect this to be allocated to my buyout fee and i will settle the remaining balance. As im still being sen invoices to make payment, over and over again.

you guys need to work on your customer service, as this is out right ******* and *********.
