DISGUSTING SERVICE RECEIVED

I would NOT recommend making use of this company as they're not completely honest with their customers. I placed an order and PAID for a washing machine on 6th December 2021 which gave me an estimated date of delivery of 16th / 20th December. Today, it's 30th December 2021 and still, no definite feedback has been received. They cannot even provide me with a tracking number so I can track the package myself.
