Disgusting customer service😡😡😡😡😡

I took a hisense 13kg washing machine from Rentoza my first payment was made on the 27th of May 2023 and it was delivered on the 7th of June 2023... On the 24th of June 2023 the washing machine started to make a big noise and since then I have not been able to use the machine as it jumps out of its place... I have been communicating with different agents on a daily basis and only to be told they are trying to get a technician to come out and assist since the 24th of June 2023... So basically I am paying for something that is not being used... I paid on the 27th of July and then another payment to go out for August yet I am not using the washing machine... I am angry at this because no one is going to back date my payments or even pro rata me for the time the machine is not being used... I need assistance with this as soon as possible or you can come and get your broken machine!!!
