Disgusting customer service

Very unprofessional bunch of people. I app**** and made payment on 23rd around 8pm and submitted all details they required from me. I had to keep messaging them for them to send my contract that I eventually got and sent back. A rude guy by the name of Brian called me yesterday around 10h00 telling me verification is given a maximum of 3 days then order is cancelled which I told them it's not my fault that's it's taking more than 3 days because I already submitted everything. He then said in a very rude tone if I don't send me proof of address before 14h00 they will cancel my order. I later got an email of my order being cancelled and they state for internal purposes can not disclose why it was cancelled what nonsense is that but I'm glad they cancelled I definetly don't wish to be involved with such a service provider and for their sake my money better be refunded before friday.
