Disgusting Customer Service

I sent an email requesting an upgrade on the 16th of December 2023 and I am yet to be contacted. My device gets locked every month despite me paying on time. Rentoza has on their website that they have a store at Southgate Mall and I drove all the way to Southgate Mall only to find no store at all.
