Disgusted

I app**** for a tv from them on the 31st of August 2025, it is now the 4th of February 2026 and they still have been saying that they having issues with their suppliers. I have never heard a company have issues for almost 7 months. After months of complaining they mentioned that they could find an alternative TV for me and then gave me a response saying that they do not have anything in stock to deliver for me. They keep saying this is not the kind of service they give clients but this absolutely ridiculous and astonishing that a company has taken 7 months to get a TV for a client. A one star rating is still too much for this kind of disappointing service they give clients.
