Disgusted

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I started a subscription with them last year November first they got my order wrong with no apology or even a warning that they don't have stock of the phone I wanted then I had to wait longer and mind you I never missed a payment and this month I must pay R3060 when my subscription is R1020 so how is that possible if I never missed a payment and when I want answers they don't reply tell me that they gonna get me arrested for theft because I didnt pay
