Disgraceful Service from Rentoza

The service I been getting from Rentoza has been horrible

I been waiting 2months for my order. They told me that my ETA is the 2nd of August and when I messaged them they said it was a typing error and if I did not email they wouldn’t have said anything about it They then said my actual ETA is the 2nd of September It is now the 3rd of September and I’m still waiting but they took my money fast fast which is misleading and unfair to the client They keep on saying that they trying to resolve the problem but are they really ?

This is the second time that I ordered from them and they done this. I feel like this company should be checked and penalised for what they do to client.
