Disappointing Experience with Rentoza

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Rentoza. In December, I app**** for two cellphones and paid the first month's installment (R700) upfront. Although my application was declined, which I understand, the refund process has been a nightmare.

Despite multiple promises from various consultants, I'm still waiting for my refund since December 6, 2024. Each consultant provided conflicting information, including different refund dates. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.

I strongly advise against using Rentoza due to their subpar customer service. I will never consider them again and urge others to explore alternative options.
