Disappointed with Rentoza’s Service and Billing Practices

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rentoza. Despite adhering to the contract terms and even overpaying, I was still asked to pay a buyout amount that should not have been required. This not only shows poor record-keeping on their part but also a lack of transparency in their billing process.

Their customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue, and instead of addressing my concerns, I was simply told to pay more. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Rentoza to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

If you’re considering using Rentoza, be cautious and ensure you keep detailed records of all payments, as their billing system seems unreliable.
