Disappointed

My first order with them was December 2023 and received the Nintendo switch in January first week and everything went smooth and fine.My second order was iphone 12 order last week of January 2024 and got delivered on the 30th of January.....I opened the box and the phone had fingerprints on it, no manual just Rentoza's instructions. I receive access code fine and installed the apps and the to my surprise the phone doesn't open apps it only shows dialer screen only.....can someone call me so that I can return this phone clearly I was ****med or something....how can a 2 day phone suddenly stop working..
