Disappointed Client in Rentoza services.

Good day. I have placed an order for a microwave and got approved. But yet they inform me after payment that the product will arrive on the 10th of October. For a person who just moved into their own place , these type of essentials are needed immediately.

I had cancelled the order and now I havent even received my refund.

I am a very disgruntled client and I dont understand why the refund process takes so long to clear

As per previous reviews, people don't even receive their funds back. This matter will be escalated.
