Disappointed

I app**** for a phone and they told me it would be scheduled for despatch on the 19th of December only to receive an email this morning to say that my verification was declined after i have all the proof to say that everything has been aprroved and everything. It is 3weeks after the order is placed. I am very disappointed this is terrible service and tou never get hold of them. Don't ever buy from Rentoza
