Disappointed

Terrible terrible service and this is not my first complaint! They don't understand the concept of end of the month. 30 August they try to take money out of my bank account and now i have to pay extra banking fees!!! When i clearly stated END OF THE MONTH! Worst service I have EVER dealt with. Very disappointed!
