Disappointed! 😡

I'm extremely disappointed in rentoza! I placed an order on the 8th of February. I was aware that the wait time will be 14 days for the zflip 5 after verification. However, nobody told me it's actually out of stock. I'm still waiting! 14days was in the 29th. I asked for an update only to find out yesterday it's delayed because it's out of stock. I expect someone to phone me to tell me when I'm due to receive my package. I always buy online and never ever did I wait this long for something I paid for. I expect to get my package before the 8th March because I won't be paying for a package I don't have!
