Device Locked- No response

They tried to debit me on the 6th which I've never indicated is my debit date. When I took out the subscription with them it was for the 25th, they locked device yesterday morning, I made payment by 12:00 and my device is still locked and all the steps they've asked me to take are not working and it says Lost Iphone and now I'm not getting a response via email. I need them to resolve this ASAP as this is a business device and needs to be unlocked ASAP. Do they have a number forcalls?
