Device activation PIN gone along with the support team

These guys are very unprofessional. I app**** for a device with quite a few hassles while doing the verification, on all the different channels they request something else. Received the device (that has a lock pin they provide you with after device verification) I did the verification and suddenly they could not find the pin for the device.. After this I have tried to make contact numerous times and everything is quiet now, not sure what is going on. I am sitting with a device I cant do anything with. Wonder if the debit order will be quicker than their support department come month end. Awesome business concept, TERRIBLE service!
