Delivery & Refund

We placed an order in October, two items , first one they didn have stock no problem I understand that. Second item a second-hand microwave. We sent the microwave back . Now we don't have the items we don't have our refund . They then respond on the 18th December with a refund of R19 . It's been a nightmare dealing with rentoza never and I MEAN NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
