Delivery issues from rentoza

Placed an order on the 25th, order was approved and verified, and was ready for collection the same day, received a waybill number as well. Since then I've been having a run around with them handing the package over to internet express for delivery.. I've been given empty promises since yesterday and today. When I contacted the courier they asked me to advise rentoza to hand the order over to thsm, till date, they blatantly refuse to hande my order over for delivery too. Internet express advised that they do daily collections from Rentoza.. *** is the problem, why can't my package be handed over to them for delivery
