Delayed and not very proffessional
Poor customer service. Takes hours to respond on facebook, no phone number to call, whatsapp gets no response at all their online chat bot on their site is a waste of time as well. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

29 Aug 2022, 13:31It would be amazing if your team actually repsonded with 1 - 2 hours... Take today for an example... I messaged first this morning at 09:47 and it is now 13:27 and no1 has repsonded to me on facebook messenger, repsonded on the post i commented on and no1 responded on the chat feature on your website. i place an order ast thursday the 18th August an up until now no1 is able to give me answers on my verification process. This is extremely poor service on your part. i expect an answer from you today otherwise I will go onto all social platforms and post about my bad experience just with signing up with your services.
