Their service is horrible. I'm very surprised at them. I have been double debit every month for the past few months after being harassed for payment and my account isn't even late. And when I ask for a refund I have to wait 2 weeks for my money and yet the want to charge me late fees of R300 if I am 1 day late. This is utter ******* talking about allocating money to my contract as if they ate forcing me to pay it off faster than the agreed term. They keep saying it's a system error but when someone calls you on the day your money is due it's not a system error this is harassment and breach of contract
