Day light ******* amd *****

I paid for an item and waited for the verification process of which they did not up me, you cant get ahold of them, after like 15 attempts to findout what is going on after taking my money I get told it take 12 to 36 hours for the verification process, thereafter un to 14 working days of which delivery can happen in January, the 1st months installment has been paid, by the time the items gets to.you, you next installment is due which is day light *******, when reviewing other people's comments / reviews, I'm surprised with how much of truth there is in the bad reviews. You cant get ahold of them via phone as I have tried several times. I'm not sure how the consumer act can allow people like this to advertise to rob people. Do they think we are stupid.
