First time shopping online,I was very tense throughout the process especially when I failed to confirm my account detay a few times, recieved a call from one of the agents,Richard,he explained that they were having some technical issues and asked me to be a bit patient,still very sceptical I waited,as promised before the end of the day my problem had been resolved,great customer service from Richard,thank you very much for the patience and understanding,
