Customer dissatisfaction

These guys don't even deserve a 1 rating. had a device with them for 12 months, after my the term I arranged for a buyout unfortunately my device was lost but still within the buyout period as arranged. guess what? my claim was declined due to the fact that I'm within the buyout period and still liable for the remainder of the buyout. so my subscription is still active but I cannot be assisted. After I recommended friends to use your services, well expect cancellations.
