Complete ***

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their service is beyond terrible. They also take forever to deliver their products and charge you even when you have not received it yet. On top of this I requested a settlement amount that I need to pay in June which they told me would be R4750 in 5 payments which end now in October. They are now telling me there will be a buyout price after my last payment and they did not give me an amount. I went on their website to check the buyout price for a device like the one I ordered and it is basically my whole salary. I am not giving these naaiers a cent as I was falsely informed and now they want more money from me. I have hated my experience with this company and just want it over with, I love my device and intend to keep it, but I am not paying a full salary to keep it I am very sorry.
