COMPANY IS RENTOZA AND THEY ARE *****STERS

I would like to complain about a company that has been in existence for more than 5 years. When this company provides its subscription business, it wants the money immediately. When you cancel the subscription and they call you once without you answering their call, they serve you with COURT PAPERS. BUT WHEN YOU WANT YOUR REFUND, even though their stipulated SLA is a crazy 7 to 14 working days, they still haven't paid me BACK my money and it has been 30 working days NOW. They have been giving me the "our refund system are not working" excuse but their deduction system never fails them!!! PLEASE HELP ME GET MY money back HELLOPOTER. I don't know why they are doing this to me. They have been quiet for two full weeks now!!!
