Communication

Communication sucks, The device I'm using fell and I immediately reported to them. I was asked to pay almost 6k for the repair. I informed the im going to make payment on the 2 and can they please collect the device on the same day. Last night without sending any form of communicatoin to me they app**** restrictions to the phone. I enqiued but i have received any response.
