Chasing refund since September 2025

My order was cancelled on the 9th of September without any explanation whatsoever therefore was advised that the R560 has been refunded ,on the 11th of September I queried on WhatsApp and I was advised it is still in the turnaround time to reflect so I waited until the 29th of September which I was advised that the time scale is 6-12 business days no refund..

I went on WhatsApp app again on the 4th of October to be told it failed I must provide bank details which I did,I did a follow up on the 8th because I don’t trust and I was advised it was processed successfully on Monday which was the 4th of October and should wait agin until 14 business day 😡

I did another follow up today and I was told the refund has fail chat closed and advised I need to provide bank details again as the refund failed again , I need my money right there’s a lot I need to do with that money as it need to use another company that is trustworthy because I need my kids to have a TV ..

I have been nothing but patient because I know and understand that these things happen but waiting +2 months to get a refund that took less than 5 minutes for your company to take from my bank I do not right..
