Charging me for something I don't have!

I have ordered and item with them on the 28/03/2021 everything has been verified by the 1st. At first I sent emails and got no response with regards to the verification process.

Only once I sent an email to cancel I got a response back. It is now the 15/04/2021 and I still haven't received any item or even a notification that my item has been dispatched. I paid a full month for this item already, its been half a month without it.

By the looks of things, I will be charged another full month, this is terrible service, the least they can do is accommodate for their lack of service delivery. Its impossible to charge someone for an item they don't have.

I am very disappointed with this service.!!!!!
