Business Excellent - Refund Process Nightmare (Still recommend)

I wish this business could improve on the refund process, Its not really good its stressful and you might end up thinking they are ******** you while not.

I will give three star to motivate improvement on the refund processes but besides, I'm happy with the communication from the moment money is debited to the full delivery of your goods.
