Bunch of ****mers

When you take out a subscription with this company- you have a contract for a few months then you can choose to upgrade, cancel or buyout the product

I completed my term and chose to buyout the phone and i have communicated this to the agent i spoke to via email I was given the option to pay it over three months which I confirmed to do over email

The following month they took out the normal subscription amount which was incorrect as i have been told that i am done with the subscription payments and i was meant to be paying the buyout

Brought this to rentozas attention- the agent said that they cant put this towards the buyout amount and they were charging me an extra month because "I was using the phone"

I disputed this as the error was on their side and i have sent the email chain as proof but i am now left ignored and constantly being transferred

Absolutely pathetic
