They and terrible and useless, i purchased a two phones in 2022 its now 2025 and they still trying to tiake money out of my account. I set them emails in November 2023 saying I want a buy out and they must deducted the money monthly, i sent another email in February 2024 and again. you speak to numerous consultants, keep sending proof of emails but they still taking money and the phones are blocked. Basically they owe me money and need to unlock my devices. They needed to be reported and if someone can assist me taking them up.
