Bring back my money

So i have ordered a fridge from you only after verification I'm told I'm decline because my billing address and services address are not matching, i don't have a problem with them not wanting to do business with me but my money has been taken and its been over they 6-12 working days,

I have asked them so many times to just send back my money they should change they process where they ask for money 1st the then verification after nonsense process

because now I need to be the one whom is following you with my money

pay me back my money will keep giving you bad review and making sure people know that you are con artist
