Billing issue with rentoza. Answer my emails !!!

This emails serves as my dissatisfaction with the service I have received

Firstly I got an email this morning that I will be billed on the 9th of February of an amount of R490 , which is incorrect

My bill for each month should be R441 as signed for as per the Panda doc. Furthermore I am still owed a refund of R163 .

So actually my bill for this month supposed to be

R441 - R163 = R278

Furthermore to this my billing date is the 25th not the 9th !!!

My order number is #234358

So what you need to do is firstly fix my monthly bill from R490 to R441

Then the billing needs to be fixed and reduced because I'm owed a refund
