I would gladly give Rentoza a rating of 5 but with the glitch I had with linking my Tymebank account that it took Benjamin James van der Merwe to advise that Tymebank is not supported by their system. After sending my bank statements and they linked the account, Kedibone Tsotetsi you are amazing, your customer service is on another level, you kept me informed throughout until I received my device. I would recommend Rentoza to anyone just have your documentation in order and I promise you it is a very smooth process. Word of advise to Rentoza team please take notes from Kedibone who responds promptly to customers and never leave them hanging like the other team members. Thank you team Rentoza I am now connected!
