I am absolutely disgusted by the appalling treatment I have received from Rentoza after purchasing an iPhone and Samsung tablet from them. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others against making the same mistake.

Recently, my devices were ******, and I immediately took action by filing a police report, opening a case, and providing all necessary documents, including a detailed affidavit, to Rentoza as instructed. I was assured by their customer service team that payments would be halted, and the ****** devices would be blocked from further use. However, this was far from the reality I faced.

Instead of showing any empathy or understanding towards a victim of theft, Rentoza bombarded me with relentless demands for payment and even went as far as threatening me with ******** charges if I failed to comply. How can they possibly expect me to return devices that were forcibly taken from me through theft? It is beyond comprehension and utterly disrespectful for them to put the blame on me for the actions of ********s.

The lack of accountability and failure to honor their commitments have left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. Rentoza's disgraceful behavior has shattered any trust I had in their company, and I vow never to purchase products from them again. It is evident that they care more about squeezing money out of their customers than providing any semblance of support or understanding.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering doing business with Rentoza to think twice. Their blatant disregard for their customers' well-being and their inability to keep their word make them a company to avoid at all costs.
