Be Warned and Open your Eyes

Im about to finish my 12 month contract with Rentoza, just to receive an email where they inform me to either return the product or take out another contract or this same already used product currently in my possession if I would like to keep it. When I started with Rentoza a year ago, they did not have all this information that is currently on their site. Clearly showing you, if you take a 3/6/12/18 month what you need to still pay at the end of you contract. No this information was not available. I spoke to customer service agents and the sales per who I was dealing with and asked in writing (lucky for me) "Do I own the product after the 12 months are done" they all rep**** yet, but never informed about a fee.

Now when my contract is coming to a end, I'm being told the above either renew at a discounted price \ or pay a fee \ or return the item. What a joke.

If I helped any person out there to not fall in this trap and steer clear from this company. I have done my duty.

Also btw - It item I took was listed in the shops at about fifteen thousand rand (R 15000.00). I have paid Rentoza to date twenty four thousand rand (R24 000.00) and then there is a fee to follow. Be warned and open your eyes
