Be grateful if your app has been declined.

To all those whose application was declined, BE VERY GRATEFUL!!!. Not getting a refund back is nothing compared to the hell existing customers has to go through. You have no idea what you signing up for months to years on end,but what I don't understand is why action by law was not taken against this company yet.
