Bad very bad service

Question I would like to ask. Is this company legit? Does not seem legit. I ordered a washing machine from them was told I am going to wait a month was prepared to wait when the month was over I was told I had to wait another 3 weeks and I waited and then they said sorry still no stock you gonna have to wait another 8-12 weeks and I got frustrated and cancelled my order and now I am waiting on my money to be refunded. It is frustrating because it is more than 2 weeks now and no one is answering on the WhatsApp no or email. I think this business should be closed down.
