Bad Service Want my Refund

What the **** they do not do credit checks took my ****en money I app**** for a laptop for school everything was approved took my money after that when I had to verify my details they tell me I do not qualify I want my ****en refund or I will go on every social media and to the ombudsman in the next 24 hours I want my refund. And I need a proper answer
