BAD SERVICE / POOR SERVICE

i was paying them very well and till the phone fell and broke the back glass and i sent them an email containing all the attachments of how the device is broken..and this was 26 January 2025 and sent a email same day... and only today they decide to call me and collect the phone and mind you they didn't call or email me to schedule a day for collection and replacement and this guy just threatens me to go to the cops if i fail to give the device. (i mean they're commucation sucks)... so im rating this company 0 and half star cause no way you give bad service to your customers but you're number one when it comes to debiting our cards.
