Bad service order number Order #61078

Good Day i have ben with Rentoza for 2 years paid off my subscription for my fridge and i have never defaulted i placed an order for a cell phone on the 30th November sent them my proof of address and proof of address for my work place they giving me the run around for my order as if i am a guy trying to de***** them but they have all my details on there system this is not good service at all my new order number is Order #61078 They quick to take my money but cant send my item to me dont know what the problem is because ive been with them for 2 years
