Bad service

Good day i ordered a item from rentoza on the 15 january all paper work was done on the that day agreement was signed they say it can take up to 7 working days i phone not got a tracking number nothing like that i have 2 items all ready by rentoza even then it was a struggle the agents that work for them are not helpfull at all i have told them to cansel the order i placed now and i want my money back when iam done with the 2 items i have by them i will never use them again people rather look at ather places befor you use rentoza the manage ment at rentoza knows theres a big problem there but they choose to do nothing
