Bad Service

I have been experiencing problems every month, they dont even attempt debting from one's account, than unpaid emails will be coming through. As soon as that comes through, you will send more than 10 emails requesting for payment links while your device is blocked and they will not reply. You will be a headless chicken responding on their emails, social media platforms and nothing even on watsapp. Than they will lock your device.Its really frustrating that as a customer you try to communicate and they just relaxed. I cannot wait to buyout the device, am tired and frustrated. Worse I got an email from Lawyers a week before my payment date that I have been handed over how when I have monthly proof of payments.
