Bad service

I am not even sure if they aim to improve. You struggle to get hold them but if they think you missed a payment they waste no time, mind you you will never get hold of from any of their number. After paying they will block your phone and you'll nagg the whole day yo jave your phone unlocked. I dont understand how their syst works, your phone will be lovked even if you paid on time. I paid off my phone yesterday but until now, the device is locked. They are unprofessional always shifting the blame. I've been a client for almost 2 years but till today they haven't improved. The only tome they hands on is when you sign up for a new subscription , you'd swear the have the beat service.
